Missed Appointments

A No call No show appointment is defined as (a) an appointment that you do not show up for or (b) an appointment you provide less than 48 hours to cancel or reschedule or (c) you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment.

If you have 2 or more No call No show appointments we will ask you to prepay for future appointments. If it happens a 3rd time, we will ask you to find a new groomer.

Confirm Appointments

Our software will text an appointment reminder 1 day prior to your appointment. Please confirm by texting back a "c"

Late Arrivals

​Please keep in mind that we maintain a packed schedule. Even one client running late impacts the schedule of the entire salon. Please call us and let us know if you are running behind so we can manage accordingly.
